Tell us how we're doing

We'd like to hear what is working and what isn't. It is short, and you can say as much or as little as you like.

Where your answers go
  • They are stored on our own secure system in the UK. They are not sent to any outside survey company.
  • Only Baggy and Rebecca can see them, plus the manager of your service.
  • They are anonymous unless you choose to give your name at the end.
  • We keep them for three years, then delete them.
  • We use them to improve the service, and to show the Care Quality Commission that we ask for feedback and act on it.
  • If you tell us something that needs acting on today, it is seen today — it does not wait for a monthly report.
